Set Nvidia Shader Cache- Unlimited 2.Set power plan ultimate performance 3.Close all runing apps 4.Use Dx12 in beamng 5.Disable all mods until modder not update their mods to 0.39 6.Update drivers (optional) with my specs and all on ultra have 80-120 fps depend which map and time also ingame disable fog

Using Vulkan is the only useful part of this slideshow , the rest are just useless. It’s like with subnautica 2 lumen problems they were a problem of lighting engine and some people said about doing this same steps which didn’t change anything 😭
