I'm sure you know it and the words of a stranger on the internet isn't going to mean much. You gave him a life of love and fulfillment that so few people could have. And you didn't cling to his life out of selfishness when it was time to say goodbye. You always did right by him. Thank you for telling his story, all of his story, and for letting all of us celebrate and grieve him with you

I'm deep in the grief with you today. it's the one year of my boy passing too. Ranger couldn't have had a better person to love him through his final chapter. you gave him more in that short time than most dogs get their whole lives

You and Danger Dog changed mine and my now 4-year-old rescue cattle dog mix's world! I learned so much from everything you shared. Ranger’s passing is my Acd gotcha day. . . And coincidentally my dog is named Forrest (who saved me when I was lost in the metaphorical woods.) Thanks for everything Ranger and especially Bri!
