I’ve been saying this for years. Whenever an innocent person is wrongfully imprisoned. EVERY SINGLE PERSON involved in ANY capacity of their arrest and conviction, should be sent to jail for the same amount of time they spent in the same conditions they spent. This means every single cop who participated, all the lawyers and prosecutors, the judge, the jury, the bailiffs, and more. All of them get jail time of 18 months. This sentence can NOT be appealed, there is no trial either. Once an innocent person is found to be wrongfully imprisoned, all involved go directly to jail.
