Sealers are terrible. You end up needing to replace more components than you originally had. Just fix the issue first.

used bardahl pellets on a Ford ranger, pump was leaking gallon a day, after that I drove interstate cal to Washington state no leakage, couple of times, gave it to an acquaintance, still going today🫡

I've used Lucas oil to top off gear oil leaks. It's not ideal but I'm helping my family on a lot of stuff so it's been on the back burner.

if your water pump has a small hole its called a weep hole if you see staining or coolannt around this area its time to change the pump before it gets worse
