F-150 lightning here. 42k. The only thing I have had to do was get new tires this week. That’s it. Nothing else. No oil changes. Nothing. I charge nearly 100% at home at 11 cents per kilowatt hour. My commute is about 100 miles and costs me about $4 in electricity. I love this truck so much especially since it has the extended range battery. 320 mile range. Couldn’t be happier.

And the batteries do not need replacing! Stop this nonsense narrative. I have a S with 210,000 miles and 85% of original range. Just stop the lies about batteries needing replacing.

Did you factor time lost waiting on your vehicle to charge versus the 5 minutes to gas up?

Does your state not allow you to use your comprehensive for the windshield, in Ohio it’s a no fault state for windshields so I just had to pay my deductible of 500

Best car I’ve owned. Look at Lemonade insurance company. My 250,000/500,000 policy costs just $85 / month. In three states so far they have integration with the Tesla API and charge you literally 50% for every mile on FSD. I am at 95% FSD since version 14 dropped. Can’t wait till that hits by state.

Never owned a cybertruck (way too ugly) but owned 8 seperate performance model teslas S,X,3,Y. Still the best everyday driver out there. Whole family loves them. Instant torque, minimal maintenance and we charge mostly at home the cost of ownership is less than a small corolla. Add in new version FSD and they are changing game.

No, you have to take depreciation because electric vehicle vehicles depreciate 60% in the first five years 😳😳😳😳😳

I don't see it. your batteries are supposed to last 5 to 9 years. That's 29k plus the disposal of the hasmat old batteries.
