Since the housing Authority broke the terms of condition, not only can Airbnb go after them, but she could go after them with the liability lawsuit and super damages. Also, the time that she cannot book all those days however, much she normally charges can be accumulated under the adjudicated harm. I hope she seeks legal representation and gets the compensation she deserves.

okay, this is awful for that woman. but it also speaks to a larger issue. so many people think that if we lowered the price of housing and whatnot, it would reduce the homeless population. and I firmly believe that is not the case. being priced out might account for a small portion of homeless people, but a lot cannot live independently. and when they are given homes or housing, things like this happen. the property gets destroyed. it's a much larger issue than just affordable housing
