A leak may be identified through pressure loss, abnormal flow balance, negative-pressure waves, or unusual sound patterns. 🧨​When a serious threat is confirmed, the SCADA system alerts the control centre, shuts down pumps or compressors, and closes remote-operated valves to isolate the affected pipeline section. 🧨​Cybersecurity is equally important.
