Sadly, I do still want him because the breadcrumbs of good moments are making it hard for me to flip the switch in my head and then walk away. So for now I keep torturing myself. He's been back from deployment 1 1/2 months and I've lost 10 lbs from the stress. 😔 I keep telling myself I'll get there.

I think one of the hardest parts to explain is that trauma bonds aren’t about a lack of love or intelligence. ❤️They’re survival patterns. I've been watching alot of your videos I have 5 children with my now ex. do you know if this narcissist is in genes? seriously. my children are in art therapy and I don't want my kids growing up like their father. he has older children and they seem to be like him. I want to help my children. our son is 12 already.

Knew it from the beginning but my love for her made me not want to see it, till I couldn't ignore the lies and cheating anymore after over decade together..been no contact for 3.5 weeks..Pain & Relief at the same time is something crazy.
