It’s 2026, the Merritt Parkway was designed to keep trucks out 80 years ago. Why are the GPS for truckers still sending them down that route is beyond me. Of course the driver shall be able to interpret signs. But even as a car driver, it gets frustrating to hear “recalculating”.

Next time you are on the parkway pay attention to the underpasses, the amount of the marks on the bottom from trucks scraping them is kinda crazy.

Probably same truck driver that ran the red light to my right and cut me off on my green, and had the audacity to yell at me to back up because I “wasn’t supposed to be past the white line” and he couldn’t make the turn. My light was green before I even got there.
