If you are a company that employs full time workers that qualify for public assistance, there should be sanctions. Your stock shouldn’t be allowed to trade and C-suite pay should be capped.

Walmart had it in their business plan to pay their workers low wages so they qualify for food stamps and then spend their food stamps at Walmart. It was intentional.
