Hello they came on visa not back doors and they didn’t pay for the diploma they went to college paid fees don’t spread the hate just think of yourself if you went to another country for studies and it happened to you so pls don’t underestimate any religion raise it’s multicultural country respect why they are out there

but they were misslead.. by other sources.. there own sources correct? and the pop up colleges? so I can see the argument.. but still most visa students are in the same boat without protesting.. so I understand.. all of it now. i think lol.

I’m in Ontario and recently met an Indian couple who are here on a work visa- they are both engineers. They will eventually be granted citizenship- because they are educated - they have in demand skills.

What do you mean back door , canadian govt itself promoting it as a pathway to PR, study -work-settle ; this is the slogan.and if you think its illegal to come on student visa or it's a knd of back door then the govt should not have student visa system at first. But no government not gonna do that because international students are cash cow for them they are paying 4x tution fee as compared to domestic students and so they have every right to use available pathways to get full use of their investment. Hey! So what happened is, their collage without their knowledge does not meet the post graduated degree program. I think it’s more about transparency from the schools and IRCC than trying to find a loop hole. I totally understand that maybe the way they are protesting doesn’t make sense…but it’s more about not really having a heads up or grace period.
