Partners waiting. And responsibilities that cannot simply be ignored. The difference is not that entrepreneurs stop feeling fear. The difference is that they learn how to function while fear is present. They make calls while uncertain. They take responsibility when things go wrong. They continue showing up when nobody can promise that it will work. Fear does not always mean you are weak. Sometimes, fear means you understand what is at stake. The goal is not to eliminate fear completely. The goal is to stop allowing fear to make every decision for you. You can be scared and still move forward intelligently.
