I’m a bit late but please know you’re not alone. I’ve had celiac for as long as I can remember and it feels like it’s just getting harder to cope with it. I try and try to be understanding with others if they don’t get me but it’s so draining. The most I can do is to try to educate others and spread awareness and that always makes me feel a bit better

discovered i had coeliac disease when I was four. I'm twenty now and things are good. Don't worry, it can be stressful sometimes but it's not that big of a deal.

My friend has coeliac disease and i feel so sad most times that she doesn’t want me to specially get food for her instead she brings her own but yesterday she let me order her pizza (specifically gf) and some dough balls (also gf bc i wanted her to be able to eat everything-also pizza express gluten free dough balls are SUPER nice)

i don’t of coeliac but i have other immune system issues that limit my diet and my friends genuinely ditch me to eat at places that they know i can’t. Like they just make me sit there and watch them eat
