The glottal stop is an interesting sound that we can hear in some T sounds in English like... Kitten, cotton, button, Manhattan and more. However, I like to think of this sound as a 'nice to have'. It's great to know and understand (especially for your listening skills), but it's not critical to learn! You can still pronounce these words with a normal /t/ and be easily understood.
