As someone who participates in both day trading and swing trading . I think it all depends on the persons patience level. I’ve learned I’m better at day trading because I like to get in and get out and I don’t look at the chart again until the next day whereas with swing trading, even with me having alerts set , I have this urge to try and monitor how the charts is doing even when I’m in profit. Anxiety continues to grow and I end up getting out sooner than I’d like because I kept watching it. This just me tho , both ways of course work
