Been following for a while now. When you come up on my feed I always stay to hear whatever you have to say about home repairs to documentary reviews and the smattering of actual real shit mixed in. You have a real and authentic delivery with humor and sarcasm mixed in in a very compelling way. Not trying to be a weirdo just felt like it was time to say thanks and I think you are pretty rad.

My childhood was a mess, too. I'm proudest that I parent my child the way I deserved to be parented. I show up in every area of that kid's life and my child hears, "I love you" 10 times a day. I maybe heard it 10 times a year. You should be so proud of yourself for your parenting, too. Break all the bad cycles!!

Isn’t it wild that our parents have us “essentially” 18 years and then we spend the rest of our lives trying to deal with and unravel those traumas. Therapy can be such a healing process that hopefully ourselves and our families will end up benefiting from too because you are in a better place.

“Normal” is a setting on a washing machine. Feelings legit suck when you first get sober but u go through the crappy ones to appreciate the great ones. The best views come after the hardest journeys. Feel free to hate all that bull shit but Getting sober is not for the weak!
