Texas drivers’ automobile insurance → MVCPA fee → Texas MVCPA → $41,500 grant to City of Jasper → Flock camera system The MVCPA isn’t funded primarily from Jasper’s property-tax revenue. The Comptroller says insurance companies writing motor-vehicle insurance in Texas pay the MVCPA fee. The current fee is $5 per motor-vehicle year of insurance for policies written after May 29, 2023. There’s an interesting wrinkle: insurers are allowed to pass some or all of that fee on to their customers, so in practical terms the money can ultimately come from Texas automobile-insurance policyholders.

You fuck around and you'll find out it's simple as that. y'all act like us running these red lights and then sending us tickets for it in the mail ain't already been going on around here or something. did y'all really think they couldn't or wouldn't up their security of shit around here, especially with the sheriff we have now. he takes his job more than to serious so idk what y'all thought it was but the levels of crime either about to come to an all time low due to people being paranoid at all cost to do anything. or it's gonna make people even more so not give a fuck. this exact thing thou is why I choose to just stay at home. that way I just stay my ass the hell outta trouble all together. Are they doing to much? Hell yes but do they care Absolutely not. it is what it is. just stay the hell home like I do lol

The camera spy on us thru bluetooth connection and they memorize the way you walk and also a lot of cops have used them off work for none work purposes
