I feel so safe in this comment section I have a stuffed rat that I sleep with every night. My boyfriend and I are doing long distance and he sprays his cologne on it before he leaves after visiting eachother. It’s always the little things ❤️

I work in a mental health office that provides some long term treatments you have to come in a couple times a week for. one patient brings aa diffrent stuffy in every time and it is the literal highlight of my week. I love getting to see all the cute ones she has.

Everybody needs something to hold to if you think about it. The need of linking an item to emotional comfort doesn't disappear with time. Some people has phones, cars, houses... some others have plushies 🩷✨️and there's nothing wrong with that

Where I work, an old co worker used to make fun of a girl who’d come shop in a full on strawberry shortcake cosplay. She was always the highlight of my day when she came to shop tho. We all need to be a little more whimsical.
