I think I get the sentiment but that’s not a good analogy. Being a bully is a characteristic of a person whereas being a gender or race is innate; it’s more accurate to say “I hate misogynistic men” or “I hate racist white people,” emphasizing the characteristic as opposed to overgeneralizing and spreading possibly unintended hate to uninvolved people. That overgeneralization implies hate to an entire group, with good and bad people in it, creating a bigger divide that feeds back into the hate. Defending the usage of improperly directed language just leaves room for misunderstanding and malice, while also watering down the initial person’s pain and struggle
