I think the post credit scene is showing the incursions. It makes sense Tobey or Andrew is fading into Tom's Universe. That's also why the screen starts bugging bc its a glitch in space and time. It also only says "Spiderman will return" most likely meaning Tobey in Doomsday. I do agree though that Tom's spiderman will be one of the main characters in secret wars

also another thing, peter 100% invented the technology thats gonna be used to repress mutant powers, he definitely left the inhibitor after getting shot and the dodc is probably gonna take it and reverse engineer it to mass produce them during the mutant saga
