SAY IT LOUDER FOR THE GOVERNMENT! Yep. Single white female, no kids. When I made minimum wage I made too much money for help on groceries, rent, or utilities. Some points I was lucky enough to not have rent but literally at that time had to drive an hour for a main job, cuz had to have 2 jobs, that was only $3 more than minimum wage, where I was saving rent I was spending some of that on gas. Now paying rent STILL have to have 2 jobs to pay for rent utilities and gas. Still need 2 jobs to pay for groceries. Still not married nor have kids. Blessings and prayers to those busting their butts for themselves and their families 🙏

u ppl need to start making huge meals and freeze it that what I do with my soupd I have huge stock pot and I make bout 5 zip lock bags full of soup variety of different soups freeze ur rotisserie chicken whole or pieces

I agree, food costs are crazy expensive. I was financially better 5 years ago than I am now and my income has not decreased. The expenses have exploded!

Ikr! I didn’t even make enough money to qualify for health insurance subsidies. So I don’t have healthcare and we don’t have assistance either with my husband on disability.

I barely make enough as it is right now and am basically left with nothing after rent and bills, how are we expected to save up for things when everything is so expensive 😭

I have a son who has a chronic sickness so he gets disability. Well that was my only source of income because I can’t work with his sickness. Well my daughter is 19 and she works full time and since she still lives at home, I no longer get food stamps because of her income. So I don’t make enough money to grocery shop for my two little boys, and my daughter shouldn’t be responsible for buying groceries for her little brothers.

Bro, I’m a single mom with two. I only bring in around 3600 a month rent 2000 then you’ve got bills and car payment and food and household necessities. I don’t qualify for anything either.
