Checking out Nana Jacqueline's sustainability claims Things that got me: * They name drop GOTS and GRS certifications but never say how either one actually applies to them 😆 it’s just like a description of two certifications. So I checked the actual GOTS database myself and they're not on it, so I'm guessing they might be attempting to source fabrics that carry these certifications? But I didn't see any products referencing organic or recycled content either. * They talk a lot of talk about sourcing

They also call polyester coated in polyurethane a "sustainable" fabric, so I don't know how much I'd trust the rest of the claims after that 😂 * They brag about their vegan leather from plants but it’s viscose. Which technically does come from plant fibers but they leave out that it's heavily chemically processed, and that their "eco-friendly faux leather" is also coated in polyurethane. That detail probably wouldn't do the sustainability page any favors! So really it's wood/bamboo pulp , dissolved in carbon disulfide, regenerated into fiber, then laminated in plastic. Super eco friendly!
