People need to learn that sexual attraction and libido are two different things. Sexual attraction is for who your turned on for, for lack of better words while libido is the general experience of being turned on how often that happens, which is heavily influenced by your biology.

For me specifically, I feel sexual attraction to fictional characters/ideas, not real people/or actions with others. Personally I don’t enjoy sex and I’m cool with just chilling with myself in that respect. Though I’m a very romantic person. I've had the exact opposite experience as an ace person, everyone assumes that I still want and enjoy sex because it's 'a basic human instinct' and I repeatedly have to advocate for myself and explain over and over and over that I do not want sex at all but nobody ever believes me.
