I’m sorry, but men should not be able to put any judgement on Lindsay Clancy. And also women who have never had kids!!!! PPD almost took me out. It was the darkest time of my life and I was SO confused because I’m naturally a really happy and vibrant person. No one is excusing the heinous acts that she committed. My heart hurts for her babies.

A doc tried to give me something bc they assume menopausal women just need antidepressants. When the pharmacists told me a side effect is you may want to hurt yourself, I threw them in the trash and never took any. I'm glad someone stood up for you.

Sertraline destroyed my ex-husband. It should be taken off the shelves immediately. I’m so sorry you went through this. We lost everything because of that stupid drug and he also had to rebuild his entire mind from scratch. And nobody believed him. I’m so sorry you had to go through that.

Black box warning on those drugs is suicidal ideations, hallucinations and more. I would never ever touch those. In fact it’s criminal to prescribe them.

I get so frustrated bc people keep saying, “she lied to the doctors” and “she didn’t take her meds as prescribed.” Umm, I remember lying to my provider when I was in the trenches, because I knew how twisted and sick my thoughts were, and I was afraid to voice them. I also recall abruptly stopping many medications because of the way they immediately made me feel. These are not valid points, ESPECIALLY coming from anyone that has never actually experienced the issues.

The psychiatric facilities fighting it too is another obstacle that not many people are aware of. When my Mom went through phycosis it was nearly impossible to get her into a facility.
