He claims I was balling my fists, instigating a fight… but I was completely docile, scared, and trying not to say or do anything that would make the situation worse. Hearing me speak here reminded me of how much my mind felt like absolute mush at this time. He weaponized that against me. He claimed this was a form of abuse against him, and used it as ammunition to manipulate me into thinking I was severely mentally ill. He used the mentally ill claim to make me believe I was hurting him without having any recollection of doing so. My ex isolated me in a desert for 7 months where he brutally physically, sexually and psychologically tortured me. This audio portrays what nearly every day was like with him out there. I was mentally exhausted, confused, and under constant attack. My abuser STILL walks free. He has not been held accountable for any of the crimes he committed against me on the desert. I am still seeking justice and protection. While still free, he is actively suing me, has filed a fraudulent protective order against me, and is using the court system to abuse me.
