Even if she isn't cheating, she's probably been lying to him that whole time about how her day was and lying about going to work. She's hiding shit from him and meeting another dude daily so she can "vent" which I highly doubt. Still a lot of red flags, but she was almost certainly cheating and at a minimum emotionally cheating.
