I reached out to Chewy since I didnt get anywhere with FedEx. Chewy has been absolutely great to deal with and caims have been made by Chewy and myself to FedEx to ensure this is addressed.

As a former fedex driver, don’t email. On the email of the delivery you should be able to see what terminal the package came out of, punch that terminal into google, it should give you the address of the terminal. That looks like if came from FedEx ground. Customers have the ability to pickup from that terminal. Go there, ask for the station manager, take the videos with you on your phone. They can input your address to see what contractor that driver belongs to. From there, they will get the BC (manager of that contractor) for you. You can also file a formal complaint right there on the spot. If you need help, message me.
