An apology for what? The data doesn’t say anti-vaxxers were “right all along.” About 7.1 million people officially died from COVID worldwide, and the evidence shows the vaccines significantly reduced hospitalizations and deaths—especially for older and high-risk people. Were they perfect? Nope. Did we learn more over time? Absolutely. That’s how science works. But saying nobody should’ve gotten vaccinated because we know more now is like saying nobody should wear a seatbelt because they didn’t get in a car wreck.

They think Fauci pleading the fifth means he's guilty. He was doing it repeatedly so as not to provide republicans ammo against him. He was preemptively pardoned by Biden before he left office as they knew the Republicans would go after fauci. but if he says anything now, those words could be used against him.

He plead the fifth to not incriminate himself in their hearing that was specifically intending to catch him misspeaking so they can say he's lying if there any inconsistencies so they can charge him for perjury because for 6 years thats one of the main talking points from conservatives is they intend to arrest him because they disagree with him even though he said and did what every other country was doing as we learned more about covid.
