Sleeping in a bed without someone but not being able to lean up against them hurts so much worse than sleeping alone. Sleeping on a mattress without someone else feels like sleeping on the side of a hill and trying not to roll down

I have been using a pillow behind my back for YEARS got into a relationship end of last year, another body is significantly better at joint support than a pillow 😂

I have fibromyalgia, the best thing for me is a pregnancy pillow, one of those that basically have two body pillows attached. It’s to the point where I now prefer sleeping alone with it than sleeping with my partners.

I have the opposite problem 🥲 when I get spooned my back would be so sore and my shoulders would roll inward. I also couldn't get my legs or hips in the right position to get comfortable. And for every other partner I've shared a bed with, their weight causing the mattress to dip creates instability in my body and I can't sleep because I'm in pain or I wake up sore 😭 I wish it wasn't the case.
