@the.legal.np: Day 3 of testimony (day 4 of trial) in the Lindsay Clancy trial focused on the first responders who answered Patrick Clancy’s 911 call. Jurors heard testimony about what was found at the home, the emergency response, and were shown graphic crime scene photographs. Tomorrow, the jury is expected to visit the Clancy home—which is currently occupied—to better understand the layout referenced throughout testimony. I’ll continue providing daily medical and legal recaps as the trial unfolds. ⚖️ Educational purposes only. Based on publicly reported court proceedings. The trial is ongoing, and the jury alone will determine the facts. #legalnp #lindsayclancy #truecrimetok #postpartumdepresssion #nursestiktok
The amount of first responders the prosecution called was excessive and unnecessary. We already know she killed the kids. What evidence can they provide about whether Lindsay is mentally culpable to be prosecuted or not? Maybe the few that responded directly to Lindsay could offer insight, but not all 10.

So the verdict is not whether she is guilty of murder, it’s whether she was guilty or murder with a sane mind or not guilty of murder due to insanity? But either way, she is guilty and will be going away for life? Correct???

They can’t create like a 3D mock up or virtual walk through of the house to help jurors understand the layout? They have to physically go there?? That is so odd to me…

There seems to be contention over the paramedics describing her wounds as superficial. Would the doctors who treated her at the hospital not provide better insight on how severe her wounds were?? Will they likely be witnesses too?

I cannot imagine living in that home and then having jurors and Court reps walking through it to see where people have been murdered.

How do we know Patrick didn’t do it? He’s the one that called, and found everyone. The first responders said that Lindsey couldn’t communicate so how did she tell him that the kids in the basement?
