Our sponsorship got delayed cause of custody. But it got approved last week and today we got the passport back from IRCC 😀 visa. Stamp!!!

Can one apply for a visit visa without an AOR, because I’m seeing that they seem to take a long time. My husband left me pregnant,our daughter is 2years now and have never physically met him, his PR is recent.

I submitted an Outland spousal sponsorship application in May. A week later, I realized I had omitted two of my sponsor's trips on Travels form IMM 5562, so I sent a webform with a corrected IMM 5562 travels form and a letter of explanation, I had not received my AOR at that time. I have now received my AOR 7 weeks later. Should I send another webform, or will the first one be linked to my application?

I tried looking to do an open work permit but the initial application was done in the UK (I’m now here as a visitor waiting for my spousal PR that was applied for in dec 2025). It doesn’t seem to allow it unless you apply inside Canada? Is that right?

I stayed in the United Arab Emirates for more than six months on a tourist visa and did not have a residence permit or Emirates ID. I am currently outside the UAE and unable to obtain a Police Clearance Certificate because I am in a country where there is no UAE embassy or consulate to provide fingerprinting services. What should I do in this situation?

hello my husband just got back to canada last week his been away in my country for the past seven months enjoying time with me he resigned the job he use to have and now his looking for a new job so that he gets new employment letter to file our application my question is if his canadian citizen born and raised their has been working all his life he has a good credit score and files his taxed yearly is noc and employment letter enough to show he can financially sponsor me??
