He said he finished it and was tweaking it but was have disagreement with the label as they did not like how raw and emotional detailed the album was. Remember Liam said this is the album he put exactly what he was going through and what he was feeling at the time that he created the songs and labelled didn’t like that so it was finished now it’s just up to the family if they want to release it they would just have to pay for it if the label is willing to sell it
