Happened to me, they turned around instead of giving me a solution like I asked, to no longer work with this person... they started to look at my performance and found a ways to fire me.

that happened to me, the "investigation" went on for 3 months. uncovered a whole gang of men involved in misconduct and a female manager "mine" who was protecting them and turned the whole department against me for complaining against them. I threatened a lawyer and continued fighting for over a year and now I am the only one left, they have all been fired.

I’m going through this now. Mine is involving 2 of my USSERA rights being violated after returning from military leave. An investigation was started a month ago. I was told I would have a resolution and response within 14 days. They called 4 days into the investigation and told me they didn’t have an update for me so far. I went on a two week leave on military orders and returned to work last Monday. Still no update or resolution.

buuld your own case before speaking to HR. Save emails or text involved in the situation if available. Any conversations note them down in as much detail as possible with time stamps and people involved to record its been an on going issue with verifiable evidence. When speaking to HR provide a credible statement but dont provide all the evidence you gathered. If nothing is done or there is retaliation after HR completes their "investigation" all the documents and evidence you gathered can then be taken to an attorney if you choose to go that rroute.

I once had an HR Department claim they did an investigation over The Christmas break!! While the office was closed!! Emailed me the first day back to office saying they didn’t find anything 🤔😒

we had a teamleader who told HR i wasn't transporting explosives with our vehicle (it's an actual EX-vehicle). they asked me why i didn't do it anymore, short but simple: he wanted me to illegally drive with to much explosives loaded. HR looked at him with tilted heads and started to look up and down since then in the whole company where the management did stuff like this
