I’m no lawyer but I was surprised because we know she killed them, we know it was tragic and horrible but the trial is to decide if she was criminally responsible due to insanity. Nothing that was uncovered today showed that Lindsay was mentally stable. So far everything just seems to confirm that she was mentally very unwell and trying to seek treatment.

as someone who works in ems, cutting wounds are rarely super deep because the brain has a way to limit how much pain we can take and self harm we can inflict. using that as a reason shes faking it is stupid

Like what is the whole point of this trial? She was clearly in psychosis. She doesn’t wanna be alive now nor did she then. The husband failed everyone. She doesn’t deny killing her trout. Just put her in a mental health hospital.

they literally just don’t want her to get the help she needs. I am not on her side with what she did, but I am on her side with how hard she tried to get help and how hard they failed her. They literally just want her to go to jail instead of getting into a psych place for the rest of her life because they want her to suffer even more and it’s disgusting
