You’re only responsibility is to yourself and your kid. You owe us nothing. Take care of yourself and if you need to take a break then take a break. Social media is a double edged sword. The one thing you can always count on is that we are here when you’re ready. I’ve been seeing your videos for a couple of years and your progress has been amazing but we all stumble a little, or just feel like you are in a rut. Life events can also be cruel and test you. Make no mistake though, you’ve got this!

I dont know your situation but I feel inclined to say this, no one deserves your love or loyalty without earning it. Your love and your loyalty belong to YOU. Your story belongs to you. You don’t have to feel bad about the decision TO share it and you don’t have to feel bad about the decision NOT to share it. There should never be any shame in the way you heal if that’s the only way you can❤️

My issue with sobriety is the longer I can control it the less in control I end up feeling… like I really just can’t have a drink or two and go to bed and control myself?! to me that’s a joke…to me that’s insane…like really? Cant have one out w friends an say check please?! Maybe that’s the addict in me…maybe I do have control or maybe I don’t…. I know from years of struggling like yourself that you really only can live right now and today… really hope it gets better for ya

life & sobriety are both hard. Your journey & your openness has helped a lot of people. I've been sober 25 years & every day is different. The pills are a choice to make you feel different without having to try to change your own mind. I get it. thing is, if it's not helping, you gotta do something different. I thank you and res ppl ect you so much for sharing, but if it doesn't feel right, stop. this is yours & yours alone. Do what's best for you.
