What I would tell myself 4 years ago when I started this journey: 💫 You don’t need to have this all figured out to start. You’re going to learn by doing, not by waiting until you feel ready. 💫 You’re not as far gone as you think you are. Nothing about you is “too late” or “too broken.” You’re just unpracticed in being consistent. 💫 You don’t need to suffer your way into change. You’re allowed to build this in a way that feels sustainable, peaceful, and even enjoyable. It doesn’t have to be all or nothing. 💫 Small things are going to change your life. Not the extremes. Not the perfect weeks. The boring, repeatable choices you almost overlook? Those are everything. 💫 You’re going to want to quit and that doesn’t mean it’s not working. It means you’re in the middle of becoming someone new. It means you’re challenging yourself. 💫 The weight is not the only thing that’s going to change. Your confidence. Your standards. Your identity. This isn’t just a physical journey, it’s a whole life shift. 💫 You won’t always feel motivated. But you will become someone who keeps showing up anyway. 💫 You don’t have to hate yourself into becoming someone you love. You can take care of yourself because you matter, not because you aren’t worthy as you are now. 💫 It’s going to take longer than you want. But not as long as it feels right now. 💫 And one day, you’re going to look back and realize… you didn’t just lose weight… you built a life you’re proud of. You are stronger than you give yourself credit for. You are more capable than you think. The difference between the version of you that you want to be and the version you are now lies in your everyday choices. 💜 👉 If you’ve decided that today is the day you start choosing differently, click the link in my profile for the tools that made this change possible for me!
