F13th part II is a solid choice. Sack Head Jason is intimidating. My answer is Day of the Dead. I loved that we got to the point where we really showed the inhumanity of man.

Horror is possibly the one genre where this happens often: A Nightmare on Elm St. Part 3: Dream Warriors, Friday the 13th parts IV and VI, Hellbound: Hellraiser II, The Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2 (unpopular opinion but it just caters to my sick sense of humor more), Terrifier 2, The Purge Anarchy, Army of Darkness, Dawn of the Dead, Smile 2, Final Destination 2, and that's all I can think of at the moment.
