I feel I’m the narcissist now. I’m so so lost. I’m the one for so long trying to help myself in every way possible. Getting ashwaghanda gummies, magnesium glycinate spray, l-theanine gummies, books like the body keeps the score, and other books on fixing my thinking. I’m so traumatized I was even traumatized before I met him and he sensed it and I told him my whole life. My parents are deceased. My mother was my only safe person. Her sisters emotionally bullied me. I’ve literally been surviving. Now idk what’s anymore. I can’t relax around him at all. I feel crazy. I’ve got two autoimmune conditions. One is chronic called vitiligo. He got away with smashing a glass in my face and I’ve got the scar. I’ve changed as a person I’m so reactive. I feel horrible.
