I have had similar conversations that went really well!! He changes and it helps so much, but even with the appreciation and recognition when he was doing those things, he slips back into the things that are harder for me and the stories my brain tells me… I don’t know what to make of that…

that guy I was dating wanted me to be in love already in two months and he was very inconsistent, he never talked about profunda topics in person he only did it by text, and then he said things like, I love you, can you love me? it was a rollercoaster really, I did like him but I was really weird, he didn't show what he was saying. so I decided to let him go, I was not going to feel in love that soon and we talked about that, I needed to spend more time together and he had the time to do it. not a bad person but he could talk in person though feelings all of that were by text
