The last tax assessment was $502,120. $850,000 is crazy for a 3 bedroom that needs extensive work when a 4 bedroom, no pool, is $865,000 is just down the road.

I went to this estate sale. It seems like one of the owners was an art therapist, the other, an allergist (seemed to help a lot of kids) and you could feel the love everywhere. Her art studio. The long table in the sun room for huge family dinners. The tree house out back with a whole added guest house (on top of the house next to the pool, and the gazebo, and the shed). Absolutely amazing. There were so many tiny details so full of love. A little tire swing. A little face painted on the basketball backboard. This place was beautiful. It's hard to do it justice with all her furniture ripped out, and she does need some love, but she is so much more than she is on camera. A couple so full of life and love lived here, and my heart ached that Inever got to meet them. I hope the next owners are able to give even a fraction of the same life and love it once had. I wish I had the money to purchase her. She really is a house that feels more like a woodland retreat.

tear it down to have just under an acre for 850k....that's WILD!! If comps are already near this price, without a complete remodel, that leaves absolutely no room for anyone to come in and make sense of it, financially or otherwise. cool house, but thats not enough reason to lose your butt!!

For a fixer upper that's way too high. There's a lot of issues. Repairs. It definitely has potential. Just so much work needed and 850k absolutely not. Good luck though. Has some cute charm but needs a lot of love.

Please do not tear down. Also, the neighbors in the neighborhood are amazing. Ask me how I know.

If someone tears this house down to build a McMansion, I will lose what little faith in humanity I have left.

850 for less than an acre + it’s a project house? Yikes. Just bought my 141yr Victorian farmhouse with a full acre in KS that’s completely original but updated wiring, roof, gutters & more for only $142k 🤞🏼😂🫡

I've obsessed about that house for so many years driving past it. I wish it didn't have such a hefty price tag. I would give it the love it needs
