If it were mine, I’d spray it down good with brake clean, put some lock tight on that bearing, tap it back in and put some plumbers epoxy on that crack and drive it until it dies.

holy shit by by motor....okay could the crack be Dremeled out creating a valley and then wellded shut ide assme that would be the cheaper option and work if the the welds penatrate the block properly and as long as the coolant jackest and passages arent compromised or would the block need the be replaced??
