I'd say this is good but the best thing I did for my skin was eat sardines, it got rid of my eczema also if you have curly hair do not brush with a boar bristle brush! I'd only do it with wet untangled hair using a different brush or if your hair is already straightened like hers - mine broke my hair a lot
