In my personal canon, nothing post-RotK exists. Not the Hobbitbortion, not whatever the fuck is happening over on Amazon, and not this impending slopfest. The LotR world begins and ends with the original trilogy and its extended editions and I will hear no arguments.

Why have you always got to bring racism into it? Lord of the rings was inspired by Norse mythology, that was set thousands of years in the past (pre-dating slavery) hence why the colours are white. It has nothing to do with racism. The lord of the rings trilogy was all white cast and was received and loved by all races at the time because our minds back then wasn’t driven by political correctness.
