Yeah sure, but you can't just blame men or capitalism—it largely comes down to personal choices. A big part of the difference comes down to average hours worked, overtime, and availability. When you compare the exact same job with the exact same hours and experience, the wage gap is practically zero or negligible.

Yeah sure, but I feel like you can't blame this on men or capitalism. It's your choice; the woman could just keep doing the job, it's still her choice. And yes, there may be some discrimination, but women are just worth MORE to a boss — not trying to hate, truly, they need more free time. And yeah, women usually work less hours, do less overtime, and if you look at the same job with the same hours and the same experience, then the difference would be 0 or negligible.
