This guy is totally misinformed. The Hemi tick isn’t what you hear on start up, that’s a manifold leak. The actual Hemi tick doesn’t go away after your engine warms up.

I always had a tick on my Rams. My first had 125000 when we sold it & our second one had 140,000 when we sold it. Both of them didn't have any problems.

its because the head is aluminum and the manifold is iron heat and col at different timps
