my dad fell in a McDonald's parking lot because they painted the concrete parking barrier all black which matched the black top, he had to have shoulder surgery, any idea if he has a case? I heard McDonald's is hard to sue

Different situation, but kinda related. I was at a store once and a bad storm came. Because my car was damaged by an item that shouldn’t have been left outside I got a insurance payout. Every other car was damaged by carts and the store insurance didn’t pay.

The hospital seen my dad had a stroke from his CT scan. They marked it as an old stroke. 10 days later he went to a different hospital. Had another scan done they confirmed it was a stroke. Now he has to learn how to walk again.

Cart pusher here, we are Supposed to get carts not in the cart corrals before taking a Big toe from the corrals for this reason, it’s in the Training we do on the Computer and is Told to us when doing legit in lot training.
