@misspetrakp: This was the condition of my legs around the time I was diagnosed with celiac disease. Years of undiagnosed celiac had left me severely nutrient deficient, including a very low B12 level, because my body wasn’t properly absorbing nutrients. Once I went strictly gluten-free, things slowly started to change. Healing wasn’t overnight, and I still have flare-ups if I’m accidentally exposed to gluten, but my skin has improved more than I ever expected. I also recently had my blood work repeated, and my B12 is now up to 560. Seeing those numbers improve, along with how I’m feeling, reminds me just how incredible the body can be when it’s finally able to heal. If you have celiac, did it show up anywhere besides your gut? I’d love to hear your experience. 🤍#celiacsymptoms #celiacdisease #autoimmunehealing #HealingJourney

I kept getting warts on my fingers, eczema like rashes all over my body, fainting and puking once gaining consciousness again. Took 21 years to get a diagnosis.

I was covered in a hives rash, head to toe for 8 months and had all sorts of tummy issues. All good now that I’m gluten free. I just wish the NHS could have identified it instead of me doing so for myself over two years.
