@178anatomy: 🚨 STOP SLEEPING DIRECTLY ON YOUR PAINFUL HIP. Outer hip pain at night may involve compression of the gluteal tendons near the Greater Trochanter—not simply a poor mattress or isolated inflammation. Sustained side-lying pressure, crossed-leg positions, and repeated hip adduction can increase mechanical stress around the tendon. Rehabilitation may therefore include load-management education and progressive strengthening rather than repeatedly stretching the painful side. The goal is to reduce unnecessary compression while gradually restoring hip and pelvic control. #OuterHipPain #GlutealTendinopathy #HipBiomechanics #PhysicalTherapy #TendonRehabilitation
