the way it's such beautiful character development, too. she kissed Beck in the pilot as a way to get back at Jade for picking on her plus they weren't friends then; then Tori kisses Daniel, who was dating Cat, and regrets it immensely; I absolutely adore that they let her grow from that mistake by letting her NOT do it again to Jade, even though Jade deserved it the first time. They're friends now, it's different.
