hi!! barista here :) when we pull the ticket it says “in progress” we’re supposed to click a thingy to say confirmed but often times we forget, sometimes we also pull tickets to get to other tickets which can be misleading D; it’s kinda a slippery slope!!

matcha is a slow release caffeine drink meaning you wont crash out like you would with espresso. it'll keep you up longer. adding a shot of espresso to that defeats the purpose of it.

I’m a barista and yes I would 100% prefer when people wait until it says in progress. Thank you for even thinking about this. I also hate a melted drink so 😭

I am obsessed with the banana bread matcha, I’ll have to give it a try! I tried matcha made with chocolate milk… it was good, but never will order again 😅

You know what I get it because I was gettting a quad shot with matcha cold foam for a good two years and the flavor profile wasn’t terrible
